I'm MAK — founder of Stitch Launch.
I grew up around textiles and hands-on craft, and later sharpened my skills working at Lids in Sydney, where I learned the ins and outs of embroidery and what customers really value in a quality cap. After sourcing premium blank caps in Yiwu, China, and training on professional embroidery machines, I saw the problems that businesses faced firsthand: slow timelines, high minimums, and hidden setup fees.
That’s why I built Stitch Launch — a small, local studio in Sydney where I personally manage your order from start to finish. From preparing your logo and sizing the stitch, to test runs and the final embroidery, I make sure your caps look exactly the way you pictured.

Stitch Launch is built on more than just passion — it’s built on legacy. For over 20 years, my father and Steven from Futong have shared a strong partnership, supplying world-class embroidery machines that powered mass production in Bangladesh. Together, they helped produce embroidered apparel for global brands like H&M and Zara, setting a standard of quality that continues today.
Now, that same partnership is helping me write a new chapter. Steven and Futong supported me as I launched Stitch Launch, providing a state-of-the-art single-head embroidery machine to get started. Running at up to 1200 RPM with Dahao’s advanced configuration, this machine delivers precision placement for cap embroidery — ensuring every stitch is sharp, clean, and durable.
During my recent trip to China, Steven personally guided me through the ins and outs of operating the machine. Combined with my hands-on experience at Lids Australia, I now have both the technical skill and the equipment to deliver premium embroidery, fast.
This partnership with Futong represents more than machinery — it’s about trust, mentorship, and continuing a family legacy of quality embroidery.
Our Embroidery Service
At Stitch Launch, we specialize in flat embroidery, bringing your company’s logo or custom design to life on premium-quality caps. Whether it’s a baseball cap, trucker, or dad cap, we provide the perfect canvas for tradies, cafés, and small businesses.
There’s no minimum order quantity — every order, big or small, is managed personally by me to ensure the highest level of care and attention to detail. We use 100% polyester embroidery threads, specially made for cap embroidery, guaranteeing durability and vibrant colors that last.
With our professional hoops, we can embroider on front panels, side panels, and even the back on request. Every order comes with a free digital mockup, so you can preview your design before committing to bulk production.
